WebDec 30, 2024 · I have an iPhone XS and the 12.1.2 update broke the 5GHz wi-fi for my Netgear R7800 as well. The 2.4 GHz works fine. Renaming the SSID for the 5 GHz and reconnecting fixes it temporarily, but then it just breaks again in a few days. Apple, please update iOS and fix this!
