I found out a way to do fix it without re-installing the application. Turn on Audio Monitoring for Mic/Aux and Audio Input Capture (If you have that). Then turn both off. I'm not 100% sure that this will always work, but it did work for me. :D. If this doesn't work, then try re-installing the program. Good luck!
