Only Solution: Just start a new game and try to get to that 35k Fleet asap About 80% of their dps comes from their strike craft. Make a special fleet full of torpedo corvettes. Like hundreds of them. The grey fleets are like 21k power but most of the time it is one powerful ship. This crisis is the penalty for opening the L-Cluster before your fleets were ready for the threat, consider it a lesson learned.
